Return Process

Carefully package your item in its original packaging.

Send the package to the address we provide.

Important: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved:

The refund will be processed within 5 to 15 business days of receipt of the item.

The amount will be refunded in store credit.

No restocking fees will be applied.

The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
